Anastrozole is a generic name of Anabrez and is used in the treatment of breast cancer in women after menopause. Anabrez 1mg is the recommended dose once per day which helps in the treatment further. The main root cause of this cancer is estrogen which helps cancer cells to grow faster.  Anastrozole decreases the amount of estrogen inside the body thus putting stop on its growth and slowly it decreases the area covered.
